A Gloucester County roofing and siding enterprise has been acquired by a personal investor, enabling the founder to retire, in keeping with actual property brokerage Benjamin Ross Group.
Benjamin Ross Group, which focuses on merger and acquisitions, stated its consumer Emmons Roofing & Siding, which was established in 2004, was offered to a personal investor. Monetary phrases weren’t disclosed.
“(Benjamin Ross Accomplice) Michael Meyer and his staff accomplished the transaction flawlessly,” Keith Emmons, the previous proprietor, stated in a ready assertion. “As a small enterprise proprietor, I didn’t assume that retirement could be a risk for me. However, because of Michael and the Benjamin Ross Group, I’m now fortunately retired.”
Princeton-based Benjamin Ross Group carried out a valuation of the Monroe Township-based firm, served as enterprise dealer to promote the enterprise, recognized the client and secured Small Enterprise Administration financing for the deal.
