A horrified canine walker has spoken of the second a big seagull swooped down and devoured a pigeon chick after it had fallen from its nest on Leith Hyperlinks.
Sarah Gill, 29, was strolling her canine Bruce on the Hyperlinks on Thursday (July 25) night when she heard a rustling coming from a tree she handed by.
A child pigeon fell from a peak onto the bottom earlier than trying dazed and confused, however what occurred subsequent left Sarah shocked and shaken.
She informed the Edinburgh Night Information: “I heard a rustling coming from the tree as I walked previous earlier than a child pigeon hit the bottom.
