Teen charged with pointing gun at college bus over $20 debt | Nationwide

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a teen pointed a gun at a Florida college bus whereas searching for cost of a $20 debt.

The Florida Times-Union quotes the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Workplace as saying the 15-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday afternoon and charged as an grownup with felony aggravated assault with a lethal weapon.

Authorities say the teenager approached the Duval County college bus at a Hyde Grove Elementary Faculty bus cease. Officers say he pointed the gun on the bus whereas strolling round it, and one of many passengers yelled on the window that he would meet the armed teen later to repay the debt.

Officers tracked down the suspect’s car, which had been reported stolen, and arrested the teenager a short while later.
